These terms govern your use of the InSwing app. By creating an account, you agree to them.

Who can use InSwing

You must be able to form a legally binding contract to create an account. If you're under 18, you may only use InSwing with the involvement of a parent or guardian.

Your account

You're responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your sign-in details secure. Tell us right away if you think your account has been compromised.

Using InSwing

• Be honest — the information in your profile (name, skill level, stats) should be accurate.
• Be respectful — no harassment, hate speech, or abusive behavior toward other players, hosts, or venue owners, in the app or on the field.
• Play fair — match results and scores should be entered honestly.
• Don't use InSwing for anything illegal, or to impersonate someone else.

We may suspend or remove accounts that break these rules.

Bookings and payments

Turf bookings and match fees are arranged directly between you and the venue owner or match host. Payments made through the app are processed by Razorpay, our third-party payment partner. Cancellation and refund terms for a specific booking are set by the venue or host, not by InSwing — check with them directly.

Content you post

You keep ownership of the reviews, messages, photos, and other content you post in InSwing. By posting it, you give us permission to display it within the app as part of its normal features (e.g., showing your review on a turf's page). Don't post anything you don't have the right to share.

Turf conditions and match safety

InSwing helps you discover turfs and organize matches — we don't own or operate the turfs listed in the app, and we're not responsible for their condition, safety, or the conduct of other players at a match. Playing cricket carries inherent physical risk; use your own judgment about turf conditions and play safely.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

InSwing is provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law, we're not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the app, disputes between players, or issues with a third-party venue or payment provider.

Ending your account

You can delete your account at any time — see our Privacy Policy for how. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the app changes. Continuing to use InSwing after an update means you accept the revised terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India.
